IMPACT LAB & PITCH 2026.
The greenstories Impact Lab is a four-month virtual programme running from July to October 2026, culminating in an in-person impact pitch in Goa in November.
The lab works with a small cohort of filmmakers to build a complete impact campaign — from theory of change and audience mapping through to distribution, partner commitments, and a fully costed impact budget. It is supported by mentors who bring deep experience in impact producing, distribution, storytelling strategy, and campaign design, with lead mentors working closely with selected projects across the full programme.
This inaugural edition was open exclusively to the greenstories cohort — filmmakers who have already been through the greenstories process of incubation, development, and pitching. From next year, the Impact Lab will open to a wider community.

DREAMING IN BLUE

On India’s remote coral atolls, a woman races to uncover the secrets of an extraordinary underwater world before it is forever changed.

TALKING WITH ELEPHANTS

Set in a remote forest in Northeast India, this observational feature documentary follows Rasham, a mahout attempting something that has never been done before - training his elephant, Tamuk, through positive reinforcement, patience, and trust rather than fear and punishment. As he navigates setbacks, social pressures, and generations of inherited tradition, the film becomes an intimate portrait of transformation, exploring whether compassion can reshape one of humanity's oldest and most complex relationship with an animal.
